Individuals

The prize will recognise the life journey and careers of those individuals who’ve dedicated themselves to young people – in particular to their personal and professional development. We will reward projects and actions that have not only impacted the young people themselves, but also the wider society.

Through such recognition of their work, we hope that they become a guiding light and incentive to others.

Firms

The prize will go to firms that are outstanding and socially responsible in the way they relate to young people. Firms that have taken action and developed projects to help young people move into the world of work. Firms that have changed their culture. Firms that have made a serious commitment to the future.

We will reward successful schemes and initiatives, the restructuring of firms to fully take on board young people’s contribution, awareness raising events, publicity and press campaigns (tv, radio, newspapers) and programs for inserting young people into the labour market.

Public Bodies / Institutions / NGOs

The prize will recognise and encourage the relevant work of public bodies and not-for-profit sector organisations (associations, foundations).

It will reward the transformations, journeys, projects, initiatives, good practice, achievements and research of public bodies and the not-for-profit sector in the field of integrating young people into the world of work.
