1. Nominations for the Novia Salcedo prize for excellence in integrating young people into the work force must be justified according to the following criteria:

CREDIBILITY
SOCIAL IMPACT
SOCIAL INNOVATION
RESULTS
ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

1.  Proposers may be individuals, firms, organizations, institutions and public bodies.

2.  Proposers may nominate up to three candidates.

3. This form, correctly filled in, must be sent before 14.00, 2nd March, 2010 to:

4. Documents – or any other material - supporting the candidate may be sent with the entry.

5. No documents will be returned. We will not enter into any correspondence on this matter.
   
   Once the short list is drawn up, Novia Salcedo Foundation will contact candidates to agree a date for an interview for the next phase of the selection process, in which an in-depth evaluation of the candidate will be undertaken.

6. If necessary, the Jury will contact you for more information.
